We want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)
All orders within Malaysia are shipped via GDEX. Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days from the date your order is dispatched. Orders are processed and dispatched on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays).

Order Processing
Orders placed before 12pm on a working day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you can track your parcel directly on the GDEX tracking page using the tracking number provided in your dispatch email.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet the timeframes above, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during festive periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control (including courier disruptions or extreme weather). We are not liable for delays caused by GDEX once an order has been handed over to them.
Failed Deliveries
If GDEX is unable to deliver your parcel (e.g. no one is available to receive it), they will attempt redelivery or hold it at a nearby outlet for collection. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels that are undeliverable due to incorrect address information.
International Shipping
We do not offer standard international shipping at this time. If you are located outside Malaysia and would like to place an order, please contact us at hello@theclickshop.net and we will do our best to accommodate your request. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs charges, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us at hello@theclickshop.net within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will review each case individually and work with you on a resolution.
