These Terms of Use govern your use of The Click Shop website at theclickshop.net and any purchase made through it. By browsing or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The Click Shop is operated by KWCLICKSHOP ENTERPRISE, registered in Malaysia, with a business address at 19, Lorong Cendana 21, Taman Cendana, 14100 Simpang Ampat, Pulau Pinang.

1. Use of This Website

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use it in any way that could damage or disrupt its operation. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access at our discretion.

2. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and, in such cases, will notify you before processing your order. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your payment card details.

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.

3. No Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products — which include film, sealed electronics, and collectibles — we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

This does not affect your statutory rights under Malaysian consumer law. If a product arrives damaged or significantly not as described, please contact us at hello@theclickshop.net within 48 hours of receiving it with photographic evidence, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.

4. Warranty

We do not offer our own warranty on products sold. Where applicable, manufacturer warranties apply and are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Pre-owned, refurbished, or vintage items are sold as-is and without warranty unless explicitly stated in the product listing.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship via GDEX courier. Domestic delivery typically takes 1–3 working days from dispatch. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control. Shipping details, costs, and conditions are set out on our Shipping Information page.

6. Product Descriptions and Availability

We make every effort to display products accurately, including images and descriptions. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration. Stock is subject to availability — if an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly with options.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to KWCLICKSHOP ENTERPRISE. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent. Product images and brand names belong to their respective manufacturers and are used for identification purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, KWCLICKSHOP ENTERPRISE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from any products purchased. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from your use of this website or any purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when they were last revised. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
