Shipping & Orders

Do you ship within Malaysia?

Yes — we ship to all states via courier. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

How long does delivery take?

West Malaysia typically takes 2–4 business days. East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan) takes 4–7 business days. Remote areas may take a little longer.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within Malaysia only. If you're outside Malaysia and really want something, drop us a message — we'll see what we can do.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If we haven't packed it yet, yes. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible and we'll sort it out.

Film & Cameras

What film does the Polaroid Now use?

The Polaroid Now uses i-Type film. It will also accept 600 film, though 600 film has a battery built into the pack that isn't needed in the Now.

What's the difference between 600, i-Type, and SX-70 film?

600 film is the classic — it has a battery built into the pack and works in most vintage and modern Polaroid cameras. i-Type is designed for new-generation cameras (Now, Go, I-2) and doesn't have the battery. SX-70 film is a lower ISO film made specifically for SX-70 folding cameras. If you're unsure which your camera takes, check the model or contact us.

How should I store instant film?

Keep it cool, dry, and out of direct sunlight. A drawer or shelf away from windows is fine. Don't freeze it. Once a pack is loaded into the camera, use it within a few weeks for best results.

What's the difference between Lomo'Instant and Instax Mini?

Lomo'Instant cameras use Fujifilm Instax Mini film — the same film as Fujifilm's own cameras. The difference is in what you can do with the camera. Lomo cameras offer multiple exposure, long exposure, and creative shooting modes that standard Instax cameras don't.

Can I use 600 film in a vintage SX-70?

Not directly — 600 film is four times faster (higher ISO) than SX-70 film, which will overexpose your shots in an unmodified SX-70. You can use 600 film with an ND filter attached. The MiNT SLR670-S has a built-in ND filter for exactly this reason.

Returns & Support

What's your return policy?

We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 7 days of receiving your order. Film and opened accessories can't be returned once the seal is broken. If something arrived damaged or not as described, that's a different story — contact us and we'll make it right.

My camera isn't working properly. What do I do?

Message us on WhatsApp or via the contact form with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll troubleshoot with you and find a solution. We've seen most things go wrong and most things can be fixed.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not currently as a formal service, but if you're sending something as a gift, let us know in your order notes and we'll make it feel a little more considered.
