All domestic orders are shipped via GDEX. Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days from dispatch.

Orders placed before 12pm on a working day are typically dispatched the same day. You will receive a GDEX tracking number by email once dispatched.

International: We do not offer standard international shipping. Contact us at hello@theclickshop.net to enquire.

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos.
