Cancellation policy

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may be cancelled and refunded in full provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel a pre-order, contact us at hello@theclickshop.net with your order number as soon as possible. Once a pre-order has been dispatched, our standard no-return policy applies.

Buy Now, Pay Later (Hoolah / GrabPay Later)

Instalment plans are provided by third-party payment providers (Hoolah and GrabPay Later). Your instalment agreement is with the payment provider directly. Cancellation or refund of an instalment plan order is subject to the relevant provider's terms and conditions, in addition to our own policies. If an order is eligible for a refund under our policies, we will process the refund to the original payment method; the payment provider will adjust your instalment schedule accordingly.
