Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products — which include film, sealed electronics, and collectibles — we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

This policy does not affect your rights under Malaysian consumer law. If your order arrives damaged or an item is significantly not as described, please contact us at hello@theclickshop.net within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Film that has been opened, exposed, or used
  • Pre-owned or vintage items, which are sold as-is
  • Items damaged after delivery

Where a resolution is warranted (e.g. transit damage), we may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion.
